Our Party Rental Company has extensive experience in the planning and implementation of marquees, canopies, tents , tables, chairs and accessories for all types of private, corporate and fundraising events. Our trained consultants will guide you in decisions concerning sizes, space requirements and interior arrangement options. Our tents can accomidate a few guest to hundreds of guest. Marquees
A marquee is a long, narrow tent structure used mainly for walkways or to define the entrance to a tent or building. Marquees can be linked together for long walkways.
Canopies
A canopy is a lightweight covering designed to shelter against sun or light rain. Canopies are ideal for backyard events. They can only be installed on the ground, as they need to be staked. Canopies have one or more center poles. Please note that you will need 5' on each side of the canopy for staking. Side walls can be attached and canopy color choices are white, yellow-and-white-striped, or blue-and-white-striped.
"Pop-Up" Shade
Picture Unavailable Pop-up shade is a lightweight polyester fabric laid over a metal frame. Easy to set up and requires anchoring for all uses. Side wall can be attached and the fabric color is white.
Frame Canopy
A frame canopy is a professionally installed canopy consisting of a vinyl top stretched over a metal frame. There are no center poles to restrict interior layout. Frame canopies do require anchoring, and there are a variety of ways to anchor them (canopies more than 1,200 square feet can only be staked). Additional charges may apply. Side walls can be attached and available frame canopy colors are white or yellow-and-white-striped.
Pole Tents
A pole tent is a professionally installed, heavy-duty tent supported by poles around the perimeter and in the center (every 20' in length). Spacious interiors allow for many interior design options. Pole tents can be installed on grass or asphalt but require staking. There is an additional charge to drill into asphalt and to fill the holes. Larger sizes are available in 20' increments. Side walls can be attached and available tent colors are white or yellow-and-white-striped.
